Welcome to the CHEEKY BIRD holiday home!

Our guest house provides accommodation for between 2 and 4 people.

It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate WC. A baby´s cot is also available.

The house contains a range of books, including guides to local sights and places of regional interest.

Bed linen, towels and table/kitchenware are provided.

In addition a television, radio, CD-player and WLAN facilities are available.

A car and bicycles can be parked behind the house.

Our well-tended garden will help you relax and enjoy your holiday.

A range of garden tables and chairs are provided.

Please note:

• No smoking in the house.
• No pets or other animals.

Prices

Minimum 3 nights.

During school holidays: minimum 1 week

2 people: 60 Euros.

Every additional person: 10 Euros per day.

Children under 3 years old: free.

Final cleaning: 30 Euros

Reservation and payment

1. Tell us when you want to stay in our holiday house.
2. We tell you whether it is free or not.
3. Please confirm the time you want to come and send us your complete address.
4. You get a confirmation of reservation and our bank details.
5. Please pay a deposit of € 100.- .
6. The deposit must be payed within 7 days.
7. As soon as your deposit has arrived we will send you an e-mail to confirm the received payment.
8. Then the booking will be complete.
9. Please pay the remaining sum when you arrive.
10. We only accept cash.

• Check in time is 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.
• Check out time is 8:00 – 10:30 a.m
